A lot of people have seen nunchucks before, whether that be from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or from Bruce Lee footage. But what if I told you they serve a deeper mathematical purpose? That is the aim of this video. This video dives deep into Nunchucks and their relationship with the wonderful world of Topology. It goes over various topics, like S03 Rotation Groups, Closed Surfaces, the concept of Rubber-Band Topology, etc.

Excellent novel view on topology using nunchucks. The video provides a nice overview of what topology is, but the video is probably too short to give examples to help motivate why we should care about topology. Also this topic is already extremely saturated online so it’s difficult to provide memorability and I don’t think the terminology like “SO3” helped with clarity.

Maybe it is not just my tase, but I felt like: Too much distraction from the main point. I would prefer a shorter but more relevant video.

I like the premise, and I think you covered some interesting ground. But this is a collection of facts without context or intuition, and there are enough details glossed over that a viewer could misunderstand and draw wrong conclusions. Also, the sound effects are really distracting.

I really like this! You really do a good job convering a lot of ground and touching on many important topics. It’s also very engaging, which is quite important.
