How to find the sine of any angle?

Hello everyone, in this video, we will derive the Maclaurin series of sin(x) with Mozart's sonata 16 in C major to give it a slightly comedic tone. This version of the video has no narration, and I would later experiment with making a video with narration, based on the response to this one. Why don't you try the same method for another trigonometric ratio such as tan x? Psst, thanks to the manim community for making this animation possible.

Some approximations are shown near the beginning but it is not explained where they come from.

You could better explain with text (or voice) what you are doing later when finding the “Solved Coefficients)

Also make things smaller so that everything fits on the screen and is not cut off.

The content of the video is great! Using calculating the sine as a starting point for finding the Maclaurin series is interesting, and the derivation was easy to follow. However, to be frank, the production quality was not good. Several things were touching the edge of the screen, which is already a little too far off, but then later several things were going completely off the edges. Some objects disappeared after moving, which I know is a common problem in manim. Also, the positioning of many objects was a little off. Some objects were too close to each other, or not aligned quite right to each other. Not trying to point any fingers here, but I feel like this is one of those submissions that was done in the last two hours before the deadline. I would suggest spending more time on the video, scrutinizing the result, and fixing any mistakes you see.

This was a fun video to watch. I like the creativity and the motivation behind just using music. This is a great problem and is wonderful to see how this seemingly boring form that is derived and how beautiful it is. Nice work.

The animations were well done and music was good, but the video lacked any new ideas.

This was a well-animated and concise video, and it did a decent job of explaining and motivating everything. However, I still felt like some steps came out of nowhere (why we solve for the coefficients in the way we do, for example). I also found the music distracting - it didn’t match the tone of the video.
