I find the topic to be interesting, but the audio is slightly unclear, and there is too much reading and algebra to follow in the video
The topic is a good one and it’s motivated pretty well. Unfortunately, there were a lot of production issues with the video that take away from the presentation: for instance, the audio seemed to be several seconds ahead of the video. This caused confusion in a few spots, but the worst was probably around 6:37 where the phrase ‘maybe you’ll see what I mean when I do this’ aligns not with the motion of the grid that’s presumably intended but rather with the initial overlay of the blue grid on the black one. I would definitely encourage going back and re-recording several of the spots where you stumble a bit over words (e.g. about 4:10), too, and maybe trying to level out your voice; several sentences seem to start from too close to the microphone and peak sharply before settling to a better level. I unfortunately thought there were also a few problems on the content side: for one, I would encourage starting your video speaking more about the topic and less about the video’s outline. In a format like this (as opposed to something like an essay) the viewer isn’t going to be as concerned with the structure of the video as its content, so you shouldn’t need more than just a passing mention of the outline if even that. PCE is mentioned early in the video without being expanded, and then later in the video when the topic comes up PSC is defined but that seems to be used interchangeably with PCE without explanation. I would have loved to hear more about how/why the ‘divide by q’ approach was wrong, and maybe some visualization of what its grid looks like compared to the correct perspective grid. I did feel that the graphics in the video were well-done and would definitely encourage you to do more with them; the 3d visualizations of the projection are very useful for conceptualizing it and I would love to have seen more done with that, possibly extra labeling and even some superposition of things like the line equations on that video. Overall I think there’s some interesting content here but better presentation would really bring out the shine in it. I’d definitely encourage polishing this video, and encourage you to try the contest again next year too!
I really like the topic of this video, but the overall production quality was pretty low, and I think the target audience would probably not stick around to watch the video. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think a video needs to be beautifully polished to hold someone’s attention, but at a minimum the audio needs to be clear so that the narration is understandable. But in addition, the visuals simply weren’t all that helpful, at least initially. once we are at 7:30 in the video, then the graphics start to become helpful, but by this time I think the target audience would have checked out and “clicked away.”
Overall, this was a very good video. I am a big fan of the conic sections so I like the topic and thought it was very interesting. I like how you use projection and animation to illustrate the concept. The video was well thought about and had some good ideas. The audio was a bit poor at times, but I was able to get through it. Keep up the good work And keep sharing your ideas.

I think a small definition or something or PCE cómic sections at the beginning would have been nice. I felt a bit lost because I didn’t know that term.
On a more technical level Maybe audio quality could be improved and at some points it seemed that video and audio weren’t properly synchronized (audio leading by ~20s)
