This seems like a standard treatment of isomorphism via cardinality. I like the brevity! The video would be great for students who have not learned about cardinality, but just learned about sets and isomorphism. But I don't see the novelty in how it contributes to a better understanding of category theory or cardinality. Clarity could be improved by organizing the video into section, rather than jumping from idea to idea around the white board.
