Summer of Math Exposition

As somebody who has never heard of functors before (as I’m sure most people have not) I think a longer form video would be necessary to explain the topic.

Nothing is really being explained due to the short video length. This video doesn’t fit the theme of SOME4 well in terms of how good it is as an educational tool.

I understand the idea of trying to make a short video, but I found this one more confusing than anything.

First, the text does not stay long enough on the screen for me to read it; I had to pause and come back.

Second, the “functors” you present are not what is called “functor” in mathematics (I am a professional mathematician). I do not know where you got this terminology, but what you present seems to be a linear operator.

Finally, the explanation is too short and vague to convey much understanding.

Thanks for your video, but I think this needs more work!
