This is like a registration of a frontal lesson. I don’t think it is original or useful for my students more than any regular blackboard lesson. Don’t miss the purpose of the video: something better than a regular lesson, with memorising support and charts (possibly).
The explanations and clarity are excellent and definitely suitable for a school setting. It was also a nice way of viewing very basic algebra. However, I may not be the target audience, but I felt the pacing was too slow, and it might have been nice to see other examples. I also felt there was a lack of motivation as to why this approach is better.

This person goes into rigour to prove that 5(x+2)=10 is True then x=0 is also true. Which is a good thing, it is aimed at people learning basic algebra, and it introduces rigour to them.
A great choice of topic: this is a really important idea in algebra, but doesn’t get talked about nearly enough.
It took me a while to understand which point you tried to make with this video, and that is unfortunately a bad sign. I believe this is due to the fact that your visuals stayed entirely abstract. For example, I perceived the x-in-a-box explanation as confusing. Maybe you could have made it concrete by saying “x is the number of apples in a box”. Then your equation could have meant something like: If I have 5 boxes of apples and a basket of ten for a total of 15, how many apples are in each box? and the message that each transformation of the equation poses a different, but equivalent question might have become more clear, Further, it would have given room for a memorable visualisation. Though I excuse for straying this far from an actual review.
This was a very interesting concept and explained clearly. However, I think it’s probably a bit on the long side for what it’s trying to cover. I think a more concise version, or the same with more examples may have been better. That said I am not the target demographic so this is easy to follow for me
A bit rough around the edges but the core idea shined through - although i had a hard time staying attentive, perhaps due to the “simplicity” of the problem being discussed, but an interesting angle nonetheless.
While the visuals were nice, some of the steps seemed convoluted or not directly explained. In the end it did make sense, however I’m not sure it was apparent or explained well until perhaps the truth tables.
