I felt like I understood the video, so that's good. And the subject matter is not uninteresting.
Structurally, there has been a "burying of the lede".
My eyes were glazing over a bit at the first few derivations, I think that could have been done in more like 25 seconds.
Should use manim or something else to make it not just words appearing on a screen. Shouldn't hear the "tap" of keyboard either, bit distracting. Drawings not all that fun to look at either.
The preamble about "what you learn in school" is not necessary, any video could have that.
"So I won't talk about that in this video" - shouldn't have mentioned it at all!

I know that this video is intended towards people with no background in abstract algebra. But, I think it is still necessary to rigorously define what a 'wheel' is by describing what its elements are, what 'operations' actually are etc, and how this object is different from the usual \mathbb{R}. Only then, it would be possible to see why x - x is 0x^2 and not 0, for example.
